Welcome to VanDyk Mortgage Corporation; below are the steps in our hiring process:
1. Complete on-line application, you will receive computer generated acknowledgement
2. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from Human Resources (HR) with details on employment pack
3. Complete pack, give to manager for submission to corporate office
4. After criminal background check is completed and your license (if applicable) has been confirmed; you will be notified via e-mail and invited to the HR training.
5. Attend HR training (within 2 business day of invitation) via conference call; website log-in information, and employee ID number will be provided
6. YOU ARE NOT TO WORK; OR REPRESENT YOURSELF AS AN EMPLOYEE OF VANDYK MORTGAGE CORPORATION UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ABOVE FIVE STEPS

Once the LiveScan Fingerprint Request form is fully completed, the Loan Officer Applicant can schedule a fingerprint appointment online.
NO WALK-INS - AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED

- Click on "Michigan" and begin registration Enter the Sponsoring Agency ID number for Van Dyk Mortgage Corporation
- Enter zip code or choose a region from the drop-down list where you would like to schedule an appointment
- Click on the specific location to view the available dates for fingerprinting
- Choose the specific time that you would like to schedule an appointment
The Loan Officer Applicant needs to bring the following to the scheduled appointment:
- Completed LiveScan Fingerprint Request form
- His/Her driver's license or other valid form of identification
- Form of payment selected when appointment was made.
- The Loan Officer Applicant will receive a signed receipt at the end of his/her fingerprinting session that should be submitted to Van Dyk Mortgage Corporation as proof of fingerprinting.
YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE FINGERPRINT SCAN AND SEND A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AFTER COMPLETION ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR MICHIGAN LICENSE AFTER COMPLETION
BOTH FORMS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE HR DEPARTMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FILLING OUT YOUR NEW HIRE PACKET OR YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE ENTIRE PACKET AGAIN
